Are your flowers real?
No our flowers just look real, they are all artificial.

I have a few pictures that i have collected,would you be able to make them?
Please e-mail me your pictures and i will have a look and give you a quote.

How are your parcels sent?
We use royal mail recored or special delivery, so all parcels will need signing for.

How soon after I make a purchase will my order arrive?
Your items should normally be dispatched within 14 workings days after cleared funds have been received. Delivery by Royal mail is then normally 5-7 days. Some larger orders will also require additional time. If you're purchasing a sale item or a "one of a kind" bouquet, those items can be shipped out immediately unless you're paying with a cheque. In that case they will be sent as soon as the cheque clears.

I am getting Married very soon,can you help me?
Yes, all orders can be made in 48 hours,but you will need to e-mail first.

I am unsure what colours to have,are you able to advise me?
Yes if you send me as much information you can,then i can give you the options.

I am worried about my flowers getting damaged?
We take a lot of care packing our items,to insure that they will not get damaged. If you parcel was to be damaged on arrival, then you MUST write damaged when signing for you parcel.

How should i look after my flowers,as i still have a month to go?
Keep them in a sealed box away from damp, radiators, sunlight, so a cool room would be perfect.

Who should i supply buttonholes too?
Depending on your budget, all the guests can have buttonholes or just main wedding party.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we will ship internationally, just send us an e-mail for a shipping price quote if  you need one.

Does it cost anything to become a member of Paypal?
No, Paypal is a completely safe, easy & free service and is now owned by ebay. You do not have to have a paypal account to pay on the website via credit or debit card.

Do you offer any payment options other than Paypal?
Yes, we accept personal cheque and postal orders, however if you send a personal cheque your items will not be shipped until the cheque clears (usually 7 business days).

How do I make a purchase using a cheque or postal order without going through Paypal?
Simply download and print our order form. This can them be completed and sent with your payment (cheque or postal order).
